Need a furnished place while you settle in? We find suitable options, arrange viewings in person or by video and accompany the handover. Depending on availability, short-term accommodation can sometimes be arranged quickly; in urgent cases, we can begin with 24–48 hours’ notice.
Home finding & move-in support
Looking for a long-term home? We search across all available channels, prepare your application documents and coordinate viewings, contract review with legal counsel and move-in arrangements, including registration and insurance. Searches typically take 2–8 weeks, depending on your requirements.
Visa, registration & family arrangements
Need help with the formalities? We help prepare visa and EU Blue Card applications, address registration and insurance, and find schools or nurseries for your family. We consider state and private institutions, including German-speaking and multilingual options.
